Another earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 on the Richter scale was recorded in Kutch today on Saturday. The aftershock was felt at 12.46 pm at a distance of 16 km from Rapar Nagar towards the east. The district, which falls in earthquake zone 5, continues to shake periodically, with a total of 8 aftershocks of magnitude 3 or more recorded by the Seismology Office during the month of July. However, the current tremors are felt by only a few people in the epicenter area.
The tremors are not directly affecting buildings or structures
The aftershocks of frequent earthquakes have continued to this day. However, its direct impact is not being seen especially on concrete houses or construction.
