The political fight over Adani-Hindenburg row is escalating. The Opposition demanded a joint parliamentary committee probe or CJI-led investigation into allegations against Gautam Adani in the Hindenburg Research report. Gautam Adani’s withdrawal of a fully-subscribed FPO has also swung the central bank into action. The RBI reportedly has sought details from banks on their exposure to the Adani group.
