Russia has rejected its ‘friend’ China’s proposal for a political solution to the Ukraine conflict. The Kremlin said the conditions for a peaceful resolution were not in place at the moment. Earlier, Beijing had released a 12-point position paper calling for a ceasefire between Kyiv and Moscow.
