Ukraine has laid down a list of demands for Israel ahead of Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen’s visit to Kyiv later this week. Ukraine seeks a public denunciation of Russia’s invasion and $500 million in loans. It also seeks anti-missile technology to counter Russian attacks along with medical treatment for Ukrainian soldiers in Israel. Kyiv’s list of demands could put Netanyahu in an uncomfortable spot as Israel seeks to mend its ties with both Russia and Ukraine.
