The Indian Army released pictures of soldiers playing a cricket match in the Galwan valley in the eastern Ladakh sector. The cricket match was organised by the Patiala Brigade of Trishul Division in extremely high altitudes and sub-zero temperatures. This is the same Galwan valley, where the two countries have been locked in a tense military standoff since May 2020. The Army released pictures a day after External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met his Chinese counterpart Qin Gang in New Delhi on the sidelines of the G20 summit. Watch this video to know more.
