Ukraine Army has said that there is a ‘military necessity’ in Bakhmut as it continues to defend the city in the east in the midst of heavy Russian attacks. Ukraine’s ground forces commander reportedly visited the eastern frontlines and told Reuters that the situation is constantly difficult in this intense phase of Bakhmut battle. This comes as Russian defence ministry released a new video of the ‘trench war’ between its soldiers and Ukrainian troops.
