Russian President Vladimir Putin has intensified his offensive to capture the city of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine. The National Guard of Ukraine’s deputy commander, Volodymyr Nazarenko, told Ukrainian NV radio that the situation in Bakhmut remains critical as fighting is going round the clock. The fall of Bakhmut would be a modest tactical victory for Putin as it will allow Russian forces to invade the two bigger Ukrainian cities of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. Watch this video to know more.
