EU’s high representative for foreign affairs Josep Borrell will convey a “strong message” on Russia’s war against Ukraine & its global consequences at G20 foreign ministers meet. The top diplomat is in India to attend the G20 meeting and the Raisina dialogue. Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov will also attend the India-hosted G20 meeting. The EU has been playing a key role in pushing punitive sanctions against Russia as well as to extend all possible support to Ukraine, including military assistance.
