Mumbai: Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi chief Prakash Ambedkar has alleged that OBC leaders like Chhagan Bhujbal had sided with kamandal, a term used for Hindutva politics of the 1990s, when the Mandal commissionmade its recommendations.
