Aiming to seal series
India’s young bowling unit aims to improve its death overs performance and take advantage of Glenn Maxwell’s absence in the fourth T20 against Australia. The team may make a minor change in the lineup, considering Deepak Chahar’s inclusion for his ability to move the new ball and Mukesh Kumar’s expertise in death overs. The absence of marauding Maxwell, Steve Smith, and Adam Zampa could work in India’s favor. The Indian bowlers will face players like Tim David, Josh Phillippe, and Ben McDermott, while having to contend with Travis Head and Matthew Wade. Dew could play a role in the match, and the team winning the toss is likely to opt to bat second. The Australian squad has already received reinforcements for the penultimate match, and Indias batting has been strong with players like Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ishan Kishan, Rinku Singh, Tilak Varma, and Ruturaj Gaikwad, who is coming off a blazing 123 off 57 balls. Jason Behrendorff, Kane Richardson, and Tanveer Sangha may face challenges once again.
