'Animal', 'Sanju', 'Brahmastra': Times when Ranbir Kapoor underwent an impressive onscreen transformation​

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Ranbir Kapoor’s film ‘Animal’ crossed the ₹350 crore mark globally in its opening weekend, as per film trade analyst Ramesh Bala. At the beginning of the film, he looks young with a clean shave and short hair, but later he rocked a rugged look with his hair longer than usual and a thick beard. The movie also features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles. In the film, Ranbir plays Vijay, who discovers an assassination attempt on his father, Balbir Singh, played by Anil Kapoor, and sets out to exact revenge. ‘Animal’ was released on December 1, 2023, alongside the Vicky Kaushal-starrer ‘Sam Bahadur’.
