Filmmaker Karan Johar has now roped in Junior NTR starrer ‘Devaara: Part 1’. Karan has bought the North Indian theatrical distribution rights of the film which will release in October.
Raveena Tandon’s husband Anil Thadani’s company AA Films will also support Karan in this deal. Both of them have done this work together with Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts.
Earlier, Karan has also been associated with ‘Baahubali’, ‘Ghazi Attack’, ‘Baahubali 2’ and ‘Robot 2.0’ as a presenter.

Informing about the deal, Karan shared a post on social media and wrote, ‘I am happy to say that I am honored and extremely grateful to be a part of Man of Mass Jr NTR’s film ‘Dewara’. We are associated with this film as the distribution partner in northern states for the next big cinematic experience in Indian cinema.
The makers had released the teaser of the film last year
‘Dewara’ was slated to release on April 5
The film was earlier scheduled to release on April 5 this year. However, the makers postponed it due to non-completion of the VFX work. Now it will release on October 10 on Dussehra this year.
The first part of the film, which will be released in two parts, will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages. Apart from Junior NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen in this film. It is directed by Koratalla Siva.

Talking about the work front, Jr. NTR will soon start shooting for his next film ‘War 2’ in Mumbai. In which she will be seen with Hrithik Roshan.
