Lok Sabha Election 2024 has started from today. In the first phase of the election, voting is being held on a total of 102 seats in 21 states. Rajinikanth arrived to cast his vote in the voting that started in Tamil Nadu. 72-year-old actor Rajinikanth, who was honored with the Padma Vibhushan, was spotted wearing a white T-shirt. Rajinikanth was seen casting his vote at Stella Maris College in Chennai on Friday morning. Actor Kamal Haasan was also seen reaching the polling station and casting his vote.
Apart from Rajinikanth, Dhanush was also seen reaching the polling booth later. Dhanush’s fans were very excited to see him. The police present took Dhanush safely inside, where he cast his vote. Vijay Sethupathi reached Chennai High School and cast his vote. South superstar Ajith Kumar also reached to vote. The 52-year-old actor reached the polling station in Thiruvanmiyur, South Chennai to cast his vote.
The seven-phase main election process has started today i.e. Friday at 7 am, covering 102 parliamentary constituencies in 21 states and Union Territories. Voters have the opportunity to cast their votes till 6 pm today.
