These days Bollywood actors are facing a different kind of problem and this problem is called deepfake videos. From Aamir Khan to Ranveer Singh, videos of different stars created with artificial intelligence ‘AI’ are going viral on social media. Recently, a deep fake video of actor Ranveer Singh went viral, in which Ranveer is seen supporting a political party. Currently, the actor has filed a police complaint in this matter.
Ranveer Singh filed an FIR in the deepfake video case
Ranveer Singh’s official spokesperson has confirmed that a police complaint has been filed. According to sources, an FIR has been registered by the actor and it is being investigated by the Cyber Crime Cell. Issuing a statement, the spokesperson said, “Yes, we have filed a police complaint and an FIR has been lodged against the handle that was promoting Ranveer Singh’s AI-generated deepfake video.”
Ranveer said in the video, ‘Think and vote’.

Manish went to Varanasi for Malhotra’s show
Fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s fashion show was organized at Varanasi’s Namo Ghat last Sunday. Ranveer and Kriti Sanon were its show-stoppers. Before the show, the trio of Ranveer, Kriti and Manish performed pooja at Sri Kashi Vishwanath Dham. Meanwhile, he took a selfie with the fans and raised slogans of Har Har Mahadev. Also gave interviews to some media channels.
Earlier Aamir’s video also went viral
Two days ago, a fake video of actor Aamir Khan also went viral in which he was seen supporting a political party. After this video went viral, Aamir reacted to it and said that he does not support any party and this video is fake. The actor has also filed an FIR in the cyber cell in this matter. This AI generated video of Aamir was being shown during the shooting of ‘Satyamev Jayate’.
Ranveer will be seen in ‘Singham Again’
On the work front, Ranveer’s next film is Ajay Devgan starrer ‘Singham Again’. Apart from Ajay and Ranveer, the film directed by Rohit Shetty will also feature Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor. After this film, he will start shooting for Farhan Akhtar’s film ‘Don 3’.
