Anurag Basu‘s 2017 film ‘Life in a… Metro’ became a successful venture, and the filmmaker is preparing to release a sequel to it 17 years later, titled ‘Metro… In Dino‘. There are reports that Aditya Roy Kapur has wrapped up shooting for the film.
According to a report in India Today, Aditya is playing one of the leading roles in this movie and has finished filming his part.It states that Aditya will be sharing the screen with Sara in the movie, which started shooting in February this year. The locations were Mumbai and Delhi, where they finished some romantic scenes at Connaught Place, Mandi House, Hauz Khas, and the Gurugram metro. It further mentioned that the shootings happened during the daytime.

This will be the second collaboration of Aditya with Anurag Basu. They previously worked together in the 2020 film ‘Ludo’. ‘Metro… In Dino’ also features Pankaj TripathiFatima Sana Shaikh, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, and Konko Sen Sharma. It was earlier set to be in theaters on September 13 but later got postponed to November 29.
Aditya Roy Kapur was last seen in the OTT show ‘The Night Manager’, with Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala. Aditya is expected to work with directors Raj and DK for a new project.
