Los Angeles. Actor Al Pacino is single again. The 83-year-old Hollywood legend has ended his relationship with his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah. They have a three-month-old son. Noor Alfallah has applied for custody of her son. She has filed legal documents in Los Angeles demanding custody of the child. She also said that she wants ‘The Godfather’ actor to get the right to ‘proper visitation’.

Earlier, Alfallah had agreed to take joint legal custody, saying she wanted her ex-boyfriend to help make decisions related to matters such as education, medical treatment, finances and religion, The Daily Mail reported. In her legal filing, Alfallah inserted a document titled ‘Voluntary Declaration of Parentage’, which both of them signed.

The two have been romantically linked since April 2022 last year. They welcomed their baby boy, Roman Alfallah Pacino, just three months ago on June 6. This has made Al Pacino one of the oldest people to have children in Hollywood. The ‘Scarface’ actor is already a father to three children with two women. He has 22-year-old twins, Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, with Beverly D’Angelo.

In her court documents, Alfallah has requested that Pacino pay her attorney fees or any other costs related to the case, with a specific amount of child support in mind, although the amount is not mentioned, reports The Blast. The legal papers in the case state that the court may make orders in the case of children and issue assignments without notice to either party.

Pacino is reportedly not actually fighting the case in any way, since he is not married. This makes the legal process easier, just to establish paternity and child support. It was expected that the judge in the case would rule on the amount demanded by Alfallah at an upcoming hearing.
