In fact, the man stripped himself naked and urinated in the aisle of the plane. The flight had to be diverted
According to Fox Business, the incident took place on American Eagle Flight 3921, which was flying from Chicago to Manchester, New Hampshire. Due to his unruly behavior, the flight had to be diverted to Buffalo, New York. He was arrested as soon as the flight landed. Police said they found a photo taken with a mobile phone camera of a passenger sitting in the second row, in which McCarthy was seen undressing himself and urinating on the plane.

Police also took statements from the pilot and the crew members who initially told law enforcement about McCarthy. While in custody, McCarthy told police that he liked to drink “Jack and Coke” and that he had drunk several Cokes before boarding his flight in Portland, Oregon, and more during a stopover in Chicago.

He said he was “shaking his bean” because of a urinary problem after using the plane’s toilet. The Embraer 170/175 operated by Envoy Air was diverted “due to a disruptive customer”, the airline said in its statement.
