For the first time an exhibition of 400 varieties of flowers and plants will be held

barmer. Spring is waiting for you in the Thar Desert. Here not one or two but 400 types of colorful beautiful flowers, leaves and plants are blooming together. This garden will bloom together under one roof. A flower exhibition is going to be held in Maa Sati Dakshayani temple of Barmer city. On 6-7 April, 400 varieties of flowers and plants will be kept here. All these will be plants that grow in less water in the Thar Desert. Barmer Plant Lover Group is organizing this exhibition to stop environmental pollution and create awareness about plantation. Here you will also be given information about gardening with less water.

In 2018, in the border district of Barmer in western Rajasthan, the Barmer Lover Plant Group started a campaign to make the Thar city green. An exhibition of 400 varieties of plants and flowers will be held on 6 and 7 April. Entry will be free. The Navpallav Flower and Plant Exhibition will have 400 varieties of plants and flowers including bougainvillea, lily, mogra, rose, bunny ear, old lady, opati, gold barrel, ashwagandha, basil, curry leaves, peepal, banyan, ficus, stevia, snake plant, aloe vera, kalenchoe, jade plant.

Vasudev Joshi, a member of Barmer Lover Plant, informed that varieties of flowers, cactus, herbal, bonsai, succulents, indoor, vegetable and others have been included in it. There are also such plants on earth which people can easily plant inside their homes. The Euphorbia mini plant, which is also called the crown of thorns, will be the center of attraction in the exhibition. In the Thar desert, it blooms even in less water and high heat.

Remember the date
Barmer Collector Nishant Jain, Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer Siddharth Palanichamy have praised this group. A large number of people from the city along with school children will participate in the exhibition to be held on 6th and 7th April. This is a commendable step to spread greenery in the sandy Barmer.
