New Delhi. There has been a heated argument between Javed Akhtar and Kangana Ranaut for a long time. The differences between the two are well known. Javed Akhtar has now demanded a non-bailable warrant against Bollywood actress and Mandi Lok Sabha MP Kangana in this case. The hearing of this case filed by the lyricist was given several times and the court also ordered the actress to appear repeatedly, but Kangana did not appear in court even once.
Last Saturday, the court had given a date for hearing this case, but like every time, Kangana did not appear in court, disobeying the court’s order. After this, Javed Akhtar’s lawyer filed a petition in the court on July 20 demanding a non-bailable warrant against the actress.
Kangana Ranaut had sought exemption from permanent appearance in the court which was rejected. After this, Javed Akhtar’s lawyer Jai Bhardwaj filed a petition and wrote, ‘Despite Kangana’s application being rejected, she did not appear in court on various dates and filed exemption. A bailable warrant was also issued against her on March 1, 2021’. Let us tell you, after the bailable warrant was issued, Kangana Ranaut appeared before the court and got her warrant cancelled.
The court has not yet heard the petition of Javed Akhtar’s lawyer Jai Bhardwaj. The court has postponed his application and directed actress Kangana Ranaut to appear. Meanwhile, the actress’s lawyers gave an affidavit that she will appear on the next hearing i.e. September 9, 2024.
What is the matter-
This dispute between Kangana Ranaut and Javed Akhtar is many years old. The actress had made many allegations against Hrithik Roshan during 2016. According to the allegations of the actress, Hrithik Roshan had misbehaved with the actress. After that, she claimed in one of her interviews that Javed Akhtar called her to his house and asked her to apologize to actor Hrithik Roshan. The lyricist completely rejected these allegations and filed a defamation case against the actress.
