Cyberabad police formed a team after receiving secret information in this regard and attacked the pub. The people present there were investigated and after that 24 people have been taken into custody. At the same time, the owner of the pub absconded.
According to the information, 24 people including employees of a multinational company and two DJ (disc jockey) operators have been arrested for allegedly consuming drugs after raiding a pub in Hyderabad. Officials gave this information on Sunday. Officials said that based on reliable information, teams of Cyberabad Police, Telangana Narcotics Control Bureau, Prohibition and Excise (State Task Force) raided the pub in a joint operation on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday. 24 people who were found positive in the investigation of drug use have been arrested.

Officials further said that information was received that the pub owner was organizing an event called ‘Psychedelic Party’. This party mainly encourages drug and narcotic users. After this, the parties raided the pub. As soon as the information about the police raid was received, the pub owner fled from the spot. Further investigation revealed that the pub managers, organizers, along with the partners, deliberately encouraged drug users to celebrate ‘Psychedelic Party’.
