Dudhwa National Park is a protected area in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, established in 1977. The park covers an area of 490 square kilometers and is located in Lakhimpur Kheri district on the Indo-Nepal border. In 1987, the park was also declared a tiger reserve, and a significant population of Bengal tigers is found in this area. Dudhwa is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bears and more than 450 species of birds.
