The magic of 'Namo Bharat' inspired by 'Modi Magic', the use of 'Jai Jawan-Jai Kisan' is unique - Kannada Namo Bharat Movie Review in Hindi The magic of Namo Bharat inspired by Modi Magic The use of Jai Jawan Jai Kisan is unique

Kannada Namo Bharath Movie Review: March has brought ‘spring’ for the cine lovers. Many South films have been released on March 1, 2024. About two dozen films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam have come to entertain the audience. For those who are interested in films of a particular genre, South filmmakers have brought a lot of entertainment. From drama, thriller, action, horror, suspense, musical, crime and comedy to romantic-family, films have come for everyone. But here the discussion of one film remained in the headlines of the media, that is the Kannada film-Namo Bharat.

Namo Bharath, which is about 2 hours and 18 minutes long, was in the news because of its title. It can be called a modern drama film in the style of Manoj Kumar, who was once a popular actor in Hindi cinema. Manoj Kumar is also famous as ‘Bharat Kumar’ due to his amazing acting in patriotic films.

The abbreviation for the current Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, is ‘NaMo’. The film NaMo Bharat is inspired by the efforts and inspirations of the Modi government to encourage farmers and soldiers. The actors of the film themselves admitted that their film salutes Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The story is such that a farmer’s son, full of patriotism, becomes a soldier. Inspired by the Prime Minister, he returns to his village and brings about big changes. Namo Bharat seems to raise the slogan of ‘Jai Jawan-Jai Kisan’.

The entire burden or responsibility of ‘Namo Bharat’ rests on Ramesh S Parvinayakar. He is playing the role of ‘Bharat’ in the film. He has produced and directed the film. He is also the writer of this film. Other actors in the film include Bhavya, Sushma Raj, Sonali Pandit, Doddarange Gowda, Biradar and Miko Nagaraj.

Talking about behind the scenes, the music is by AT Ravish. The songs are written by Nagendra Prasad and Doddarange Gowda. Cinematography is by Gauri Venkatesh. Editing is done by M Sanjeev Reddy.

This film has been released at a time when farmers are protesting in the country. Apart from the problems of soldiers and farmers, their courage and solutions have also been shown in the film.

The film was shot for about 48 days in the freezing cold of Kashmir. Ramesh S Parvinayakar had revealed in an interview that shooting in Kashmir was really difficult. Parvinayakar says that through this film he has tried to tell about the difficult times and struggles faced by Indian soldiers during their deployment in Kashmir and the plans of the Modi government towards solving the problems of farmers in rural areas. How the Modi government eradicated terrorism from Kashmir, what decisions were taken in the interest of farmers…the film focuses on this.

The film’s heroine Sushma Raj has played the role of a girl who falls in love with the village hero. Senior actress Bhavya has played the role of a mother who instills the spirit of patriotism in her young son. The film also pays tribute to the services of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh to the country.

The first half of the film shows the conditions of Kashmir, such as the life of soldiers and their struggle with terrorism. After the interval, the lifestyle and struggle of farmers and other villagers living in the villages of North Karnataka is shown.

If we talk about the overall making of the film, then it does not impress the audience much. The location of Kashmir was not used as well as it should have been. The action also did not look ‘South style’. It looked ridiculous at many places. The costumes and makeup also looked mediocre.

Usually, films related to terrorism create excitement in Indian viewers. They create a frenzy of patriotism in them, but ‘Namo Bharat’ could not leave such an impression. Most of the actors could not impress even in terms of acting. Editing and cinematography also did not look that perfect. Overall, this is a below average film. Those who are inspired by ‘Modi Magic’ can watch it.
