New Delhi. Patiala House Court will give its decision on Thursday on the application for anti-sedition bail of former trainee IAS officer Pooja Khedkar. Khedkar, who had approached the court for relief in the case of cheating and forgery registered on the complaint of UPSC, made several serious allegations during the hearing before the judge. It was said that she was being targeted because she had filed a complaint of sexual harassment against the District Officer.

Advocate Bina Mahadevan, appearing on behalf of Khedkar, told Session Judge Devendra Kumar Jangla that she wants to prove her innocence, for which she will need an anti-sedition bail. I had complained of sexual harassment. This is the reason why this action has been taken against me. This is being done against me at the behest of the District Magistrate. Pooja Khedkar said that the District Officer had asked me to come and sit in a private room. I replied to him that I am a capable officer. Therefore, I will not do this. After the complaint of the sexual harasser, a front was opened against me.

I wrote 5 by mistake…
Pooja Khedkar was accused of giving wrong information before appearing in the UPSC examination. Regarding this, Pooja’s lawyer argued in Patiala House Court that she did not hide any information. She just mistakenly gave the wrong number of candidates appearing in the examination. It was said that I had to write 12 on the form but I mistakenly wrote five. This happened because I took advantage of my attempt under a different quota to appear in the examination.
