Now Preeti has made her younger sister Deepawali an expert in boxing. Both the sisters have never faced defeat till date. The story that started with the gold medal has today reached the international level. Recently, Preeti Verma’s success picture at the National Boxing Competition in Goa is going viral.

Now boxer Preeti wants to do something for India
Boxer Preeti Verma said that she is a resident of Dada Chhapra village of Ballia. She said that she has reached such heights today by playing with her father in childhood. There was a competition in a school in Ballia city, in which I was invited. Where I won the gold medal in the first attempt itself, so my father got me admitted in the training center located in Japilinganj of the city. After this, I got a lot of help in learning. I have to do a lot for India in this field. Preeti further said that after the national, she has now been selected for the international boxing championship.

This is how Preeti Verma’s story started
Preeti Verma’s father Satyendra Verma said that he is a small businessman who sells plastic items. He told that earlier he also used to play sports, so after daughter Preeti insisted, he started making her practice at home. Preeti had the zeal and passion to become a boxer from the very beginning. Finally she got admission in the city’s boxing training club. After that she won many gold medals. Recently she won the gold medal in the 65 kg weight category in the National Boxing Championship held in Goa. Preeti Verma is a second year graduate student of Satish Chandra College.

What did Preeti’s first teacher say?
Ranjit Singh, Shikshamitra of Dada’s Chhapra Primary School, said that Preeti’s studies started from here. Preeti has been brilliant since childhood. Coming from a very ordinary family, Preeti has created a different identity. Today everyone welcomed Preeti with drums and congratulated her wishing her a bright future.
