Parliament Session LIVE: Congress MPs in the Lok Sabha protested BJP MP Anurag Thakur’s remarks and called it a “caste slur” targeting Rahul Gandhi during a debate on caste census. Although Thakur did not name anyone, Congress members believed that his remarks were targeted at Rahul Gandhi. The BJP defended Thakur, saying the caste discussion is relevant given the opposition’s call for a caste census.

At the same time, the Supreme Court will give its verdict today on the petitions filed regarding the NEET exam. The Supreme Court will clarify in this decision what was the reason for not cancelling the exam. Let us tell you that on July 23, the Supreme Court refused to conduct the NEET exam again. The court had made it clear that it will give a detailed order regarding this in the coming days. The Chief Justice’s bench will give this decision at 10:30 in the morning.

Also, Delhi High Court will hear the Rajendra Nagar accident case again today. The court has expressed its displeasure at the last hearing. The High Court had summoned the MCD Commissioner and DCP. During the last hearing on Wednesday, expressing strong displeasure, it was asked why such an incident happened. To fix the responsibility of the officials for this, the court has summoned the MCD Commissioner on Friday.
