Let us tell you that the construction work of the two-storey building of Tehsil Court cum employee residence was done by Building Division Jamtara. The office of the Revenue Sub-Inspector has been built on the ground floor of the two-storey court building. The residence of the revenue employee is on the same first floor. Along with toilet, water system, construction work of boundary wall has also been done in this building. Despite this, revenue employees do not have accommodation in the tehsil courts of the district. Revenue employees come and go to the zonal office from their homes, while adequate arrangements for their stay are available inside the building itself. But the Tehsil Court building, which has been closed for 6 years, is gradually becoming useless and dilapidated. The main objective of making Tehsil Kachari in the district is to collect the rent of raiyat land. On the other hand, the responsibility of looking after the government land including verification of revenue land, holding public meetings in case of filing and rejection and maintenance of revenue land documents is on the revenue employees. To ensure that the ryots of remote rural areas do not have to make rounds of the block, the government has constructed a Tehsil Court for the convenience of the ryots of the revenue village.
