To avenge the jail prank, firing was done on a youth in Kadma.
A case of firing on Rahul Bhagat due to personal rivalry has come to light in Ramjanam Nagar of Kadma police station area of Jamshedpur on Sunday night. The bullet missed Rahul’s lip, due to which he narrowly escaped. Police have arrested two accused involved in this incident.

Country made pistol and bullets recovered
Police have recovered the country-made pistol used in the incident and four live cartridges from the accused. A shell was also recovered from the spot. Disclosing the matter on Monday, City SP Kumar Shivashish said that this incident of firing is the result of old rivalry in the jail.
Joke became the root of controversy in jail
City SP said that the accused Kunal had already gone to jail under the NDPS Act, while the injured Rahul was in jail on charges of theft. While in jail, Rahul often made fun of Kunal. Due to this rivalry, Kunal along with his partner Roshan went to meet Rahul on Sunday night. During the conversation, the dispute started again between the two, and Kunal got angry and fired the pistol. The police have arrested both the accused and sent them to jail. Investigation of the matter is ongoing.
