Bihar government is searching for unemployed people to give them allowance. But they are not found. For this, awareness programs are being run at the district to block level. Chief Minister Nishchay Self-Help Allowance Scheme is being run for the inter-pass unemployed under the Seven Nishchay program of developed Bihar, under the economic solution power to the youth. In this, young men and women aged between 20 to 25 years are given an allowance of Rs 1000 per month for two years as assistance while searching for employment. But the government is not getting unemployed people for this scheme. The government has set a target for Gaya district to provide assistance allowance to ten thousand inter-pass unemployed in the year 2024, but till now very less number of applicants have arrived. Manager of District Registration and Counseling Centre, Gaya, Satyendra Kumar said that only two thousand beneficiaries in the district have got the benefit of this scheme. To ensure that maximum number of unemployed people get the benefit of this scheme, awareness programs and handbills etc. are also being distributed. They are being made aware through other mediums also.
If you are an intermediate pass and looking for employment, you can also get one thousand rupees per month as assistance allowance. For this, you should reach the DRCC office located at Government Polytechnic College Campus, Kendui, Bypass Road, Gaya on any working day with all the necessary documents. To avail the benefit of this scheme, you will need the original copy of CLC/TC of Intermediate, original copy of Matric-Inter mark sheet, original copy of Aadhar Card and residential certificate, original copy of bank passbook and one passport size photo of yourself and all the documents. You will have to bring one set of photostat copies. The original document will be returned immediately after seeing it in the office.
