The throat of a girl student returning home from school was cut on the way. He has been admitted to MMCH in critical condition. The matter is of Tarshi police station area. The incident occurred due to a tin can falling on the student from the vehicle. Many other girl students had a narrow escape in this accident.

Somiya Kumari, a student studying in Government Middle School, Tharsi, was returning home around 4 pm on Wednesday after school was over. Meanwhile, on the way, a shopkeeper was getting the goods from his shop placed in a goods carriage. Due to the cart not being kept properly, it started falling on the road. A stone fell on the student and her neck was cut. Local people are citing the negligence of the shopkeeper as the reason for this incident. Karkat belongs to Shiv Shakti Enterprises. The villagers informed the local police and ambulance immediately after the incident. People took the student to the sub-health center in Tarshi in critical condition.
The doctor described the student’s condition as critical and referred her to MRMCH Medininagar for better treatment. Local residents are angry over this incident and have demanded strict action against the negligence of the shopkeeper.
