Raipur MP Brijmohan Aggarwal met Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari regarding various works including closure of Kumhari Toll Plaza located on Raipur-Durg National Highway-53.

Aggarwal said that Kumhari toll plaza has been operating for years, even after completion of the period, this toll plaza is being operated illegally. He has demanded the Union Minister to stop this.
Aggarwal said- Due to the toll plaza, the public is facing huge inconvenience and problem of traffic jam.
This demand was also made: 1. Ring Road No. Increasing the service road of 01 (NH-53) from 5 meters to 11 meters.
2. Handing over the express highway from Raipur Railway Station to the junction of National Highway 30 to the National Highway Authority of India.
3. Construction of grade separator at the junction of National Highway 30 (Shadani Darbar) on the Express Highway.
4. Construction of interchange facility at the crossing point of Abhanpur-Rajim-Gariaband National Highway No. 130C in Raipur-Vishakhapatnam Expressway under Bharatmala Project.
5. Construction of grade separator at the junction of National Highway 30 (Kamal Vihar Chowk).
