The report said Siddaramaiah has liabilities of Rs 23 crore and Naidu has liabilities of more than Rs 10 crore. It also said that 13 (42 percent) chief ministers have declared criminal cases against themselves. While 10 (32 percent) have declared serious criminal cases.

Highest number of cases registered against Telangana CM
