Chief spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party, Himachal Pradesh, Rakesh Jamwal said that the celebration held in Bilaspur on completion of two years of the state government’s tenure has been in the headlines since the beginning. Congress Party State President Pratibha Singh and Cabinet Minister Vikramaditya Singh had said that there was no information regarding the organization of the program. He said that the case of Pratibha Singh being stopped from giving a speech during the program has proved the ongoing factionalism in the Congress Party. The organization of the government, the ministers, the Chief Minister and the officers have no coordination with the government at all.
