The supplementary budget of the Mohan Yadav government for the current financial year will be presented on the second day after the beginning of the winter session of the Assembly. Mohan government will approve this budget before the start of the session. For this, the Finance Department has invited proposals from all the departments and sent them to the Chief Minister and Deputy Commissioner.

The Assembly Secretariat has declared the action plan for the five-day long winter session. It said that, at the beginning of the session on the first day, there will be a question and answer period and after this half a dozen bills of different departments will be introduced. After this, there will be a question and answer session in the morning on 17 December and after this the first supplementary budget for the year 2024-25 will be presented. Apart from this, other government proposals will also be discussed. Discussion on supplementary budget will take place on the third day and MP Appropriation Bill 2024 will be presented on the same day. Apart from this, the issues of Question Answer Hour, Zero Hour and Calling Attention will be discussed in the remaining days of the session.
1070 online questions are asked in the assembly
This time for the winter session, the MLAs have asked a total of 1070 online questions to the government through the Legislative Assembly. Whereas 696 questions have been made off-line. Total number of questions is 1766. There are 888 starred questions and 878 unstarred questions. Starred questions are included in the discussion during the question-answer period in the Assembly. In this, 25 questions are fixed every day, which are answered by the minister of the concerned department after the question of the MLA in the House.
