Minister Shukla said that Bhind has now moved beyond the identity of dacoits. The youth of the district are creating a new identity by becoming IAS, IPS and officers in various departments. Describing the employment fair as a big step towards the development of the district, he appealed to the youth to take advantage of the opportunity. Collector Srivastava described the fair as an effort to reduce the distance between youth and companies. District Panchayat President Kamna Singh Bhadauria inspired the youth and called upon them to take advantage of this employment opportunity.

62 companies participated, providing employment to 400 youth Eveltech Industry, Devkavi Hydraulic, Surya Roshni, Jamuna Auto, SRF Limited and half a hundred reputed companies participated in the fair. 62 reputed companies participated in the fair and a total of 786 youth were interviewed.
Of these, 400 youth got employment, while Minister Shukla provided appointment letters to 100 youth. On this occasion, many public representatives including District Panchayat President Kamna Singh Bhadauria, and SP Dr. Asit Yadav were present.
