The second team goes to such areas where rich people live and they do not mind the free scheme. The workers there talk about Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal being an IIT graduate, his intelligence and his non-nepotism.
This is the strategy of Aam Aadmi Party for the assembly elections. This time the party’s focus is on ‘Rewari pe Charcha’ campaign. The workers have been properly trained for what to say and how much to say. About 12 people have been deployed at each booth. Their job is to reach about one thousand voters of the booth.
Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had started the ‘Rewari Pe Charcha’ campaign on 22 November. Under this, workers are going from street to street promoting the government schemes.

The current tenure of the 70-seat Delhi Assembly ends on February 23, 2025. Aam Aadmi Party won 62 seats in the elections held in 2020 and 67 seats in 2015.
Workers reaching every street with Revdi Arvind Kejriwal had started the discussion campaign on Rewari on 22 November. BJP attacks the schemes of Aam Aadmi Party by calling them freebies. Arvind Kejriwal started the election campaign on this.
A booth level worker says, ‘In the 2020 elections, we had run the program, MLA at your doorstep. It was a big hit. Its idea was given by senior party leader Gopal Rai. This time Arvind Kejriwal has given the idea of reaching every street with Revadi. His team made a complete plan on this.
80 minutes training to workers A booth level worker in Trilokpuri says, ‘Workers were given training for the campaign in November. Punjab Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak prepared the format of the training. In about 80 minutes of training, it was explained what the objective of the campaign was. How to campaign in the streets. People have to be explained why it is necessary for Arvind Kejriwal to win. Some tips were also given for this.
At every booth where Revadi is to be discussed, workers give such cards to the people.

App named Charcha on Revdi, data analysis of every meeting Scientific data analysis of AAP meetings is also being done. A mandal level worker, while showing the data base of the meeting, said, ‘An internal app named Charcha on Revdi has been made. The data of how many people came to the meeting and how many complaints were received is fed into the app. It contains both subjective and objective data.
‘Objective data contains the number of people. Subjective data includes data like what kind of complaints people have and what their mood was like at the end of the meeting. This data goes to the team of IT experts. This team analyzes the data, so that we can estimate the correct situation. There is still time for elections. The purpose of this analysis is to understand how much the situation can be improved by understanding the data.
Separate plan for high profile people AAP workers show a pamphlet and say, ‘Look at this’ Why only Arvind Kejriwal? This is a pamphlet by name. This is for posh areas like South Delhi. In this, Arvind Kejriwal has been described as a super intelligent and visionary leader.
‘It has been claimed to be a master plan to make Delhi’s roads like Europe and clean Yamuna. It has also been clarified that due to Corona, the cleaning of Yamuna was hampered for two years.
AAP workers are distributing such pamphlets in posh areas of Delhi. In this, Arvind Kejriwal has been described as a visionary leader.
Another AAP worker says, ‘MLAs are meeting people in high profile areas. A separate team has been formed here for speeches and rallies. Arvind Kejriwal and people from the central team will also go to some areas.
Our sources in AAP say that different types of pamphlets have been made as part of the strategy for posh areas. It repeatedly mentions Arvind Kejriwal’s education, his intelligence and his ability to work wisely and move away from the leaders. The purpose of these rallies and speeches is to create the image of Arvind Kejriwal as an honest leader who overcomes every difficulty and gets the work done.

Chairman and team of 12 people at every booth A discussion campaign on Rewari is going on in 6 to 8 mandals in one assembly seat. Three officers have been appointed on one division. Divisional Incharge, Divisional President, Divisional Organization Minister. There are 5 to 6 booths in every division. There is a chairman at the booth and 10-12 members below him. There are about 1000 votes in one booth.
Every booth has 4 to 5 lanes. Meetings are being held in every street to discuss Revadi. That means there will be 4 to 5 programs at every booth. A target has been set to reach 50 families in every street. Similarly, teams are working in posh areas also. In this regard, a team of 50 to 60 people is working in every division. MLAs and their teams are not included in this.
This is the mathematics of Kondli assembly seat. In this, only the area with lower middle class population is covered.

A worker in the discussion meeting on Revdi ‘Your brother, your son Kejriwal is trying to make you a VIP. You will ask how. The worker says, ‘When your son earns more and gets a bonus, the first thing he does is take his children and wife to Goa or Manali. The thought of taking the elderly parents on pilgrimage comes later. Your son Kejriwal is taking you on a pilgrimage for free. If it is true then eat one more rewari.
People laugh. Some even complain. The workers listen to their complaints carefully and note them down. Give assurance of resolution of complaint.
A person gets a little irritated and says, ‘Brother, the water comes dirty.’
The worker folds his hands and says, ‘Clean water will start coming in a week.’
When the person complaining becomes silent, a worker says, ‘Your anger is absolutely justified.’ But do you think your brother Kejriwal fought for you?
The answer is – ‘Yes, but whatever the complaint is, we will definitely do it.’
The worker says, ‘He is your brother, complain a lot, but also support him.’
A worker asks, ‘Was free medicine and treatment available earlier, was there a mohalla clinic?
The reply was- ‘This happened during AAP rule only.’
The worker raises his voice further, ‘You know, when the proposal of Mohalla Clinic went to LG, DDA had refused to give the land. Struggled a lot. Your Arvind Kejriwal did not accept defeat, he broke that too.
‘Today about 90% of mohalla clinics are built over drains. There is a mohalla clinic some distance away, which is built over a drain. If you think this is true, then eat a rewari.
This time, not with laughter, people eat Revdi seriously. All this lasts about 45 minutes. People’s anger also comes out from time to time.
A person attending the meeting said, ‘There are shortcomings in every government. Also in AAP. At least their workers came to listen to us. Complaints were noted. It is true that Kejriwal gave a lot for free. Whatever shortcomings there are, they will be filled in the future.
There were 40-45 people in this meeting. Similar meetings are taking place in other streets of Delhi. A worker said, ‘The aim is to attract 200-250 voters from 4-5 streets coming to the booth, so that the booth becomes stable. If the booths are fixed then the elections will definitely be fixed.
Kondli MLA said – Our scheme is not a scheme, it is the right of the people We spoke to AAP MLA from Kondli Kuldeep Kumar on the campaign on Revadi. He says, ‘BJP taunted us that we distribute rewari. We said- Yes, Revadi has been distributed to the people of Delhi. We have given them Revdi in exchange of their tax money.
He further says, ‘What is Revadi, 24 hours electricity, 200 units of free electricity, free water up to 20 thousand litres, free pilgrimage for the elderly, free bus travel for women. This is the right of the people.
Meanwhile, AAP worker Sanjay Chaudhary, who lives in Kondli, says, ‘We are engaged in campaigning with full enthusiasm. Now the scheme of giving Rs 2100 to women is being taken from door to door.
