RIP: Table Space founder, chairman and CEO Amit Banerjee has passed away. The company spokesperson gave this information today. Although the immediate cause of his death is not clear, some media reports suggest a heart attack. The company spokesperson has expressed deep condolences to the family of Amit Banerjee. Amit Banerjee was 44 and started Table Space in September 2017. Now it is set to be listed in the stock market in the year 2025. It plans to launch an IPO of Rs 3500 crore at a valuation of $250 crore. Global private equity fund Hillhouse Capital has also invested money in this.

Amit Banerjee received his B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University in the year 2002. Subsequently, in January 2004, he started his professional career at IT consulting firm Accenture, where he worked for more than 13 years. At Accenture, he worked on real estate strategy, planning, acquisitions, acquisitions, deal structuring, finance and operations. What he learned from the real estate industry proved helpful in starting Table Space.
