Saif Ali Khan Attacked: Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis says after attack on Saif Ali Khan


Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday reacted to the ongoing uproar over the law and order situation in Mumbai city following the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. He said that what happened is unfortunate, but it would not be right to say that Mumbai is not safe. Addressing the media, Fadnavis said, “The police has given all the information about the incident. What kind of attack it is, what is behind it and what was the intention behind the attack, all this is in front of you.”

Fadnavis’s reaction came when opposition parties launched an all-out attack on the ruling BJP, questioning the law and order situation in Mumbai city. Criticizing the Mahayuti-led government in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi said, “If celebrities are not safe, then who is safe in Mumbai.”

Saif Ali Khan attacked

Actor Saif Ali Khan was allegedly stabbed multiple times during a scuffle with a thief who broke into his house. The actor suffered multiple injuries in the incident and has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital for treatment.

A statement issued by his team said, “Saif Ali Khan has come out of surgery and is now out of danger. He is currently recovering and doctors are monitoring his progress. All the family members They are safe and the police are investigating the incident.”
