Sanjay Nishad Controversy Remarks: Cabinet Minister in the Uttar Pradesh government and National President of Nishad Party, Dr. Sanjay Nishad, has given a controversial statement about the police, whose video is becoming fiercely viral. In a viral video, Sanjay Nishad said, “I have not reached here like this … by breaking the hands and feet of the seven inspector … throwing him in the pit, then the doctor Sanjay has come here.” He further said, “I know who is implicating fake. I will end it. I am born for women and poor. If I was in the palace and have come on the road, I have come for you. And I have not come for anyone.” The minister said these things when a woman complained to the police station.
Minister Nishad urged people to contact them immediately instead of getting entangled in bureaucracy. He claimed that he could solve the cases within five minutes by informing Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Nishad emphasized that his community now has political representation. The country is ruled by the Constitution, which he defended by his ancestors.
According to News18, he told the people present in the public meeting, “You are short of people. You guys do not tell us immediately. I will tell the Chief Minister in five minutes. It will be right in five minutes. You guys write late, go to jail when you tell.”
Nishad further said, “My mobile number is with everyone. If not, take it out of the net. If you do not call, send SMS. Send it empty that we are getting injustice. I do not tell you from any PA. Once I do not reply in five minutes, I will send it to the Chief Minister.”
What is the whole matter?
In fact, according to Navbharat Times, there was a dispute between the Dalit and Nishad family over the color of color in Shahpur village of Sultanpur on 14 March. During this, a 65 -year -old Dalit woman died in the fight. On the complaint of family members, the police registered a case against five people including Shahpur village head Krishna Kumar Nishad. Also, 4 people including the village head were sent to jail by the police.
When Minister Sanjay Nishad came to know about this, he was enraged. He instructed the officials from the platform that those who have been implicated in this matter should get their names removed. He has also spoken to DM and SP about this. He said that he will now also talk to the Chief Minister. The minister said that the police will not harass any Nishad brother.
He said that if a inspector tries to implicate a Nishad brother in a fake case, he will send him to jail. In response to Nishad’s comments, the Uttar Pradesh Congress unit demanded legal action against him.
