
PM Modi Podcast with Lex Fridman: In a podcast with famous American podcaster Lex Freedman, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) also teaches the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). In a long podcast released on Sunday, PM Modi talked about the impact of the RSS on his life with Lex Fridman. In response to a question asked about his relationship with the RSS, the Prime Minister said that he considers himself lucky that he learned the essence and values of life from such a respected organization. He said, “I got the purpose of life.”
He said that he always liked to join RSS branches in childhood. PM PM Modi said, “I always had the same goal in my mind, the work of the country. This is what the Sangh (RSS) has taught me. 100 years of establishment of RSS are completing this year. There is no voluntary organization bigger than RSS in the world.”
The Prime Minister said that understanding the RSS is not an easy task. He said, “It gives its volunteers a purpose of life. It teaches that the nation is everything and social service is the service of God. Whatever our Vedic saints and Swami Vivekananda have taught what the Sangh has taught the same.”
PM Modi said, “It was always nice to go to the meetings of RSS in childhood. I always had only one goal in my mind, the work of the country. This ‘Sangh’ (RSS) taught me. RSS is completing 100 years this year. No ‘volunteer association’ bigger than RSS is not in the world … RSS is not easy to understand, its work has to be understood.”
Prime Minister Modi further said, “It gives its members the purpose of life. It teaches that the nation is everything and social service is the service of God. The Sangh teaches the same. The Sangh teaches the same. Some members of the RSS started an organization called ‘Vidya Bharati’ to bring revolution in education.”
PM Modi said, “RSS has about 25 thousand schools across the country, 30 lakh students study in these schools at a time. The labor movement promoted by the Left, ‘The laborers of the world, become one!’ Shouts of the slogan of RSS ‘Workers, one to the world!’ Shouts slogan of. “
He further said that Ramakrishna Mission, Swami Vivekananda’s teachings and RSS’s service-operating philosophy have played an important role in shaping me. The RSS work for the tribal community, the PM said that some volunteers nominated by the Sangh are dedicated to the service of tribal communities through the Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram. They live among the tribal people, work for their welfare.
PM Modi said, “He has set up schools with more than 70,000 teachers in remote tribal areas. There are some people in America who show their support for this work and donate about 10 or 15 dollars. And they say that they do not drink Coca-Cola this month. Donate that money to a school with a teacher.”
Prime Minister Modi said that Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh is in terms of membership size. He said, “It has around 50,000 unions across the country. It has millions of members. Perhaps there is no labor union bigger in the world in terms of scale.”
