Financial Performance
Lodha recorded a year-on-year growth of 10 percent in Q1 FY26 with a pre-cells of ₹ 44.5 billion. The collections rose 7 percent to ₹ 28.8 billion, and the revenue increased from 23 percent to ₹ 34.9 billion. Adjusted Ebitda was ₹ 12.0 billion, which is an increase of 25 percent year-on-year. Operational highlights
The company added five new projects in MMR, Pune and Bangalore with a ₹ 227 billion gross development value (GDV) capacity. He said that this performance would have been even better without the impact of uncertainty caused by the Indo-Pakistan war. He also mentioned that the company has achieved more than 90 percent of its FY26 business development guidance in the first quarter.
