The company’s consolidated net profit for Q1 FY26 increased from 42 percent to ₹ 6.8 billion from 42 percent, while pre-cells increased by 10 percent to ₹ 44.5 billion. The company added 5 new projects with a ₹ 227 billion gross development value (GDV) in this quarter.

    Financial Performance

    Lodha recorded a year-on-year growth of 10 percent in Q1 FY26 with a pre-cells of ₹ 44.5 billion. The collections rose 7 percent to ₹ 28.8 billion, and the revenue increased from 23 percent to ₹ 34.9 billion. Adjusted Ebitda was ₹ 12.0 billion, which is an increase of 25 percent year-on-year. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q1 FY26 was ₹ 6.8 billion, which shows a 42 percent increase compared to Q1 FY25.

    Operational highlights

    The company added five new projects in MMR, Pune and Bangalore with a ₹ 227 billion gross development value (GDV) capacity. After this, the total GDV edition after IPO exceeded ₹ 1 trillion in 48 projects. The net debt on the company is ₹ 50.8 billion, whose net date-to-equity ratio is 0.24x. The exit cost of debt for Q1 FY26 is 8.3 percent, which is a shortage of 40 BPS for the quarter.

    Management commentary

    Lodha developers ltd. K MD and CEO Mr. Abhishek Lodha commented that the company achieved the best Q1 pre-cells performance so far at ₹ 44.5 billion, which is a 10 percent increase year-on-year growth. He said that this performance would have been even better without the impact of uncertainty caused by the Indo-Pakistan war. He also mentioned that the company has achieved more than 90 percent of its FY26 business development guidance in the first quarter.
