Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) has released an academic calendar for the current academic session 2025-26. It has a complete schedule from practical to pre board and main examinations. This can be downloaded from the council’s official website upmsp.edu.in. According to this, all classes will have to complete their course by the first week of January 2026 in the academic session starting from 1 April 2025. The council has also announced the practical date of class 10th and 12th, which will run from 21 January 2026 to 5 February 2026. The written examinations of the students will begin in February 2026.

Date of commencement of session: 1 April 2025
Monthly Test (MCQ): Second week of May 2025
Monthly Test (Descriptive Question): Last week of July 2025
Half -yearly and third week of October 2025
Uploading half -yearly exam marks: up to first week of November 2025
Date of completion of course (for all classes): First week of January 2026
Class 12 Pre Board Practical Examination: Second Week of January 2026
Pre board written examination of class 10 and 12: third week of January 2026
Annual examination of classes 9 and 11: third week of January 2026
Copies check and points upload (class 9–11): By second week of February 2026
Practical examinations of the board (10th -12th): 21 January – 5 February 2026
Board Main Examination: February 2026 (Dated by Date Board)
Registration of students will be done by August 5
The UP board has started registration of regular students for the year 2026 board examinations. Students of 10th and 12th will have to complete their registration by August 5.
Every school will become your own website and social media pages
According to the calendar released by the council, social media page will be created on every school website and Facebook, X, YouTube etc. Along with this, email ID of each student will also be made.
