Epack Durable Limited has addressed a revelation presented by Crisil Rating to BSE Limited on August 27, 2025, which was about “Non -cooperation by Issuer”. The company clarified that Crisil did not send them any such dialogue and updated it directly to BSE.
The company said that it had already stopped taking rating services from Crisil and had informed Crisil on 20 December 2024, as well as reminders from time to time.
Epack Durable Limited clarified that it currently has no rating mandate with Crisil. Therefore, the rating revelations presented by Crisil have not been considered by the company as updates or new rating action of its credit rating.
The company also clarified that it is not a debt-listing unit and does not have any listed non-convertible securities, ensuring that the revelations will not have any effect on security holders.
Epack Durable Limited has an existing credit rating for its date profile from ICRA Limited, and there has been no change in the ratings given by ICRA to the company.
The company continues to follow all its obligations under SEBI (Lodr) Regulations, 2015.
The company has requested that this explanation be taken in record.
