Satin Creditcare Network Limited announced the inclusion of Satin Growth Alternatives Limited, an effective, fully owned subsidiary from 27 August, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved incorporation and issued a certificate of incorporation on the same date.
The company earlier presented the required details under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulation to the stock exchanges on 23 July 2025, as well as the SEBI Master Circular Number SEBI/HO/CFD/POD 2/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024.
