Vedanta said in the exchange filing that the board of directors has approved the second interim dividend of ₹ 16 per equity share for FY 2025-26 in a meeting held on 21 August 2025. The total value of this dividend will be around ₹ 6,256 crore.

If an investor has 500 shares, he will get a total profit of ₹ 8,000. The company has made it clear that the amount of dividend will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of shareholders.
