The Board of Directors of 5paisa Capital has approved the merger of the Information Technology Committee and Cyber Security Committee. After the merger it will be known as “Information Technology Committee”. This decision was taken in the board meeting held on Thursday, 09 October 2025.
In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has reconstituted the Information Technology Committee of the merged entity. Mr. Amey Agnihotri, Whole-Time Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Restructuring Committee. Additionally, Dr. Sharat Kumar Malik, Independent Director, has been appointed as Member.
The composition of the Information Technology Committee after the merger is as follows:
