Dhanteras 2025: The festival of Diwali starts from Dhanteras. This festival is celebrated every year on Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Kartik month. Mother Lakshmi, Kuber Ji and Lord Dhanvantari are worshiped on this day. It is believed that buying gold, silver or property etc. on this day pleases Goddess Lakshmi and bestows her blessings of happiness and prosperity. According to the Panchang, the Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Kartik Mars is falling on October 18 at 12.18 pm. It will end on October 19 at 01.51 pm. Due to Pradosh Kaal, the festival of Dhanteras will be celebrated on 18 October.

Gomati Chakra
Gomati Chakra looks like a sea conch and it is very auspicious to buy it and keep it in puja. It is considered the favorite of Goddess Lakshmi. By keeping it in the wealth place of the house, financial obstacles are removed and Goddess Lakshmi resides permanently. If Gomti Chakra is yellow in colour, it is considered even more auspicious.
