The Board of Directors of Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited will meet on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
The board will consider the financial results in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The window for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their close relatives pending the announcement of the above financial results. It will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results from October 01, 2025.
