There is good news for women waiting for recruitment in Anganwadi. The Uttar Pradesh government is going to start large recruitment in Anganwadi department soon. Through this recruitment, the state government is preparing to fill a total of 69000 posts. These include 7,952 Anganwadi workers and 61,254 posts of Anganwadi assistants. For these recruitment, a committee has been formed in every district under the leadership of the District Magistrate. This recruitment will provide golden opportunity for employment to intermediate pass women.
According to the report, the Directorate of Child Development Services and Nutrition has sent necessary guidelines related to Anganwadi recruitment to all districts. According to the instructions, the details of the vacant posts available in each district will be uploaded on the online portal. For this, upanganwadibharti.in portal is specially created.
What is the qualification to apply
The age of women applying for Anganwadi workers and assistant posts should be between 18 and 35 years, while reserved category candidates will get the benefit of age limit. Women above the age of 50 will not be eligible to apply. Only women will be able to apply in Anganwadi recruitment to be held in Uttar Pradesh. Women who wish to join this department can prepare their required documents from now on. In this, for the application, the candidate must have passed at least fifth grade for the post of intermediate and assistant for the post of worker.
How will selection
There will be no retain exam in this recruitment, but the selection will be done directly based on the marks obtained in intermediate, graduation or post graduation. Applications can only be made by women of the same area where they reside. In the selection process, women who are financially weak or whose life are in a state of divorce, widow or abandonment. If eligible candidates are not found in a gram panchayat, the selection will be done at the Nyaya Panchayat level.
