Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has announced that the Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 16, 2025 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
The company informed that as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board will review the financial performance on both standalone and consolidated basis.
Additionally, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company, which is closed from October 1, 2025 as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, will remain closed for 48 hours from the date of the above Board meeting.
