Employees who become fathers under this policy will be able to avail this leave in two years. An employee taking paternity leave has to take a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks at a time. Whose head is the crown of the chief secretary of the state? Whose name is leading the race?

Gandhinagar: With the completion of the Gujarat assembly elections, all eyes are now on the bureaucracy of the state. Pankajkumar as the Chief Secretary of the state and Ashish Bhatia as the Chief of Police of the state were given extensions following the Gujarat Assembly elections, now the extensions of these officers are going to be completed on January 31. In this way, there is a discussion in the political corridors of Gandhinagar about important names as Chief Secretary.

Whose name is leading the race?

Especially if the current Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Rajkumar who is an IAS officer of 1987 bench, his name is leading in the race as Chief Secretary. When Pankaj Kumar was made the Chief Secretary and Rajkumar was sent back to the Government of Gujarat on deputation to the Government of India, it was thought that the State Government would not give Pankaj Kumar an extension and would replace him with the charge of Chief Secretary, but in view of the elections, the State Government appointed Pankaj Kumar A recommendation for granting extension was made to the Government of India and accordingly Pankaj Kumar got the extension.

Debating whose names?

Now, it seems that the 1987 batch IAS Rajkumar is likely to be chosen as the new Chief Secretary of the state. Similarly, another name in this race is 1988 batch female IAS officer S. Aparna’s is also running. He is currently on deputation to the Government of India. If a woman chief secretary is to be made, S. Aparna’s name is likely to be chosen first. Similarly, the name of 1988 batch IAS officer Mukeshpuri is also leading in the race for the post of Chief Secretary. Mukeshpuri is also an officer in the good list of the state government. If we go by seniority, these two officers Vipul Mitra and Bibiswain are also seen in the race of Chief Secretary. Now it has to be seen on which officer’s head the crown of Chief Secretary of the state goes.

Sadashiv was worshiping, while one day a saint came there and was pleased with his devotion and gave a boon. As a result they composed texts in Sanskrit and acquired a unique reputation. When Sadashiv was about to pass away, he called his two sons and nephew Sivananda on the bed and asked, “Do you want Lakshmi or Saraswati?” Meanwhile his sons asked for Lakshmi.

But Sivananda said, give what you think fit. Hearing this, uncle Sadashiv felt happy and preached the Panchakshari Mantra to his nephew Shivananda and asked him to worship Ramnath Ishta. Shivananda accepted his uncle’s words and performed Bhakt and Bhagavata stories of Lord Shiva.

Mataji appeared in the southern direction as if Madi’s kanku was falling from the sky. Overwhelmed by the vision, Swami Sivananda composed an aarti of Mataji on the banks of the Narmada river at that time.

Narmada bank is mentioned in the 16th stanza

Narmada river banks are also mentioned in verse 16 of Adya Shakti Mataji’s Aarti. Samvat Sole Prathlya Revane Tire, this verse mentions that Mataji appeared on the bank of Rewa. Shivananda Pandya has gained fame as ‘Swami Shivananda’. They composed this aarti more than 400 years ago.
